500W CNC Spindle Test

In-depth test of Chinese 500W CNC spindle as an alternative to the Dremel. I build another Dremel CNC just so that I can test this spindle and I have to say that it is better than Dremel, but for some people, Dremel is still the best solution in my opinion 🙂

Polecam po przeciwnej stronie mocowania nawiercić otwory w wiatraku aby go wyważyć. Ponadto dobra robota, jestem pod wrażeniem. Pozdrawiam, Konstruktor maszyn i programista cnc

  2. Congratulations, it's a very good project. I would have a question, how many minutes is the cutting time of the parts that cut? Could you give information?

  3. I think you need to mount a vacuum onto the cnc near the bit. With all those chips building up it'll retain much more heat and the airflow caused by the vacuum will help to cool it.

european glasses are always so dope, spanish and italians like big thick frames, germans like those transparent frames

  5. you will like this z axis https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4001294600834.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.23e74c4dGbPX0D and for the steppers try the 92ozin steppers they run about $15 US ea. what will happen is eventually the 3d parts will fail i went through all that and for $129 DOESBOT makes an all aluminum 4018 frame. currently im looking into the closed loop add on kit for my steppers. and the mdf milling isnt going so good it should come out totally smooth in the sides and bottom cant figure out why yours is fuzzy. also you need to get a downcut 2 flute bit.

  6. Hello ! Your project is just super … I would like to repeat it. If possible you could make X and Y axes stl files for 16mm bearings …

  7. First of all : Why trying to push down the spindle speed down on the big spindel ? For wood, you can not have enougth speed.
Second : Wood is not cut with an upward cutter. You should go with an straight cutter.

  8. Looks identical to the spindle I bought, there is about a 4mm hole in the top under the black fan, that hole will allow dust particles in and will seize the lower bearing in a relativly short period of time.
